 I haven't riden it. I just built it up but I injured myself and can't ride it. Plus there's 4 feet of snow.

 The extra stem on there acts like a headset spacer just so I can hold the fork in snugly. I want the buyer to have the option of doing what they wish with the steerer tube & spare stem.
